The Dominick introduced a new signature restaurant, Vestry helmed by Michelin Star Chef Shaun Hergatt.

Rooted in long-standing relationships with local foragers, the menu will feature seasonally focused creative dishes, largely focused on seafood and vegetable dishes.

El Ta'Koy

This summer, we debut our newest culinary concept El Takoy for in-restaurant and poolside dining at Terrace on 7. 

Our NYC outpost from Chef Luis Pous (of Asia de Cuba) delivers his modern take on Hawaiian-inspired street food set to transport guests to the island shores in Manhattan.
