Know Before You Spa
To facilitate your time management, the therapy durations indicated correspond to the length of your treatment at the Spa. We respectfully request that you arrive at least 20-minutes prior to your appointment so that we may acquaint you with our facilities.
We provide lockers for your personal belongings, but regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not wear your jewelry to the spa. Due to the space limitation, we cannot accommodate luggage.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring the full therapy fee or voiding Gift Certificates. Cancellations in less than 24 hours will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
Our spa is an adult sanctuary. Guests must be 18 years or older. Cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted.
Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service.
Our Spa is a haven of serenity. For your peace and privacy, please silence all electronic devices.
A 22% gratuity will be added to the price of the services and is at the discretion of the guest to adjust. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion, and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.
